I would say That you need to offer examples of your work as well as the prices/payment options seem a little weird for a "startup" I would suggest maybe 30% upfront 30 for basic design and rest at finish until you start getting some references etc......

I like Coridan example. 75% is a high price infront and 200k for a site u dont have an clue about if u like it or not. set up some examples maybe 2-5 different or some refs of what u have done.
why i dont buy ur service is the 200k for full site and no examples, u probely have a premade web and u just change some in it so a little 2 high price. 100k for full site is k for me, but should also include forum and password protected memebers sections. Maybe try say 150k for full site and 30% infront like a deposite, because i would not pay 45k for nothing i like and u will probely not give me the money back. |

I think the reason why there isn't many people, because people don't like to pay for a website which usually is a monthlee fee to keep it up and most free webhosting usually don't give you much size to put in for a whole website.
